some question

hello every one
i have some question
i did download and run those files

everything is working as well
till i try to login with the exe
i always get error
(failed logging into the logIn server server.(10060) )
when i type the id and pw

is that possbile to fix this problem ?

and if cant
is there any socas unpack around internet and working as well?
since i search alot and i test alot of socas files
but some of them have the same problem
